Our venue can be hired by community groups at various times throughout the week and families can hire weekends for parties and get togethers.
The house is preferably hired  to non-proft organisations and family groups.
Fees:
Week nights:

• Non proft organisations(one-off): $15 per meeting                                                           
• Proft making classes: $20 per session
• Proft making organisation: $20 per hour for one room & $25 per hour for two rooms

Childrens’ birthday parties and family gatherings(weekends):
For groups up to 40 people including children people: $120 (No EFTPOS or Credit Cards)
Children are to be supervised at all times
There is a $50 key deposit payable on collection of the key which is refunded once the key is returned and if the house has been left in a satisfactory manner.
The  house must  be  left  clean  and  tidy,  floors must  be  swept  and  washed  if  necessary; carpeted  areas  to  be  vacuumed  if necessary. Hirers are to have left the premises no later than 5 pm on weekends.
Insurance
Hirers are covered by the Centre’s Public Liability Policy if there is negligence on the part of the Centre. However, they will not be covered if there is negligence on their part.
The Park is for public use and not covered by the Centre’s Public Liability Insurance.
